About these terms
These terms cover bearaujus.com, Bearaujus Utils, and their shared account features, operated by bearaujus in Indonesia. They explain the conditions for using these services. If you do not agree, do not use the services. A linked project with its own terms is governed by those terms for that project. Contact [email protected] with questions.
Accounts and access
The public site and browser tools are free to use without signing in. If you choose to sign in, use an account you are entitled to use, keep your access secure, and do not impersonate another person. You are responsible for your own use; tell us if you suspect unauthorized access.
An account does not grant access to private apps or paid features.
You must be legally able to agree to these terms or have any parent or guardian authorization required by applicable law. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements, or a material breach of these terms. You can contact us to ask for a review.
Where reasonably possible, we will explain an account restriction and provide a way to request review. We may act without prior notice where needed to contain an immediate security risk or comply with law. A restriction does not remove your applicable privacy or consumer rights.
Use the tools responsibly
You may use the public tools for lawful personal or professional purposes. Do not use the service to infringe rights, distribute malware, impersonate people, bypass access controls, or intentionally overload or disrupt the service.
Obtain permission before testing the security of our servers; report suspected vulnerabilities privately to [email protected].
Process only material you are entitled to use. Bearaujus claims no ownership of your inputs or outputs. Any rights you or third parties hold in that material remain unchanged; using a tool does not create rights that did not otherwise exist.
Ordinary Utils processing occurs locally in your browser. Save anything you need before closing or reloading the page.
Results and availability
Tools and posts may contain errors. Check results before using them in important work; posts express personal views and are not individualized professional advice.
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted access, permanent storage, or suitability for every purpose. Features may change or be discontinued; reasonable notice will be given where practicable for a material change affecting existing users.
Content and other services
The site’s original writing, design and branding belong to bearaujus unless otherwise stated. You may link to the site and use material as permitted by applicable law or an explicit licence. Separate software and third-party materials retain their own licences. Do not imply endorsement or ownership of the Bearaujus brand.
Google sign-in and external links involve independent services with their own terms and privacy policies. Their availability and content are outside our control. Our Privacy Policy explains our own handling of personal data.
Ending use and responsibility
You can stop using the services at any time. Signing out ends a session; to request deletion of your Bearaujus account, email [email protected]. Ending use does not remove rights or obligations that already arose.
To the extent permitted by law, we do not provide additional warranties about accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, excuses intentional wrongdoing, or limits mandatory consumer or personal-data rights.
Law, questions and changes
These terms are governed by Indonesian law, subject to any mandatory protections that apply to you. Please contact [email protected] so we can try to resolve a concern. This does not prevent you from using a competent court, authority or other remedy available under applicable law.
The date above identifies this version. Material changes will be announced through the site or another appropriate notice before taking effect where practicable. Changes do not retroactively remove rights, and any legally required agreement will be obtained separately. The English and Bahasa Indonesia versions are intended to have the same meaning; mandatory language rules remain applicable.
If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it applies only to the extent permitted by law and the remaining provisions continue where possible. These terms do not override a separate licence or additional terms expressly provided for a particular feature.
No payment or subscription is created by using the currently free public tools.
